Jazz Journeys at Georgia Aquarium
Jazz Journeys on Fridays at the Georgia Aquarium entertain with upbeat tempos and smooth jazz tunes while you take in the sights of some of nature's most alluring sea creatures. Cocktails and light cuisine are available for purchase. Upcoming performers include Ron James, Ken Ford and Jeff Sparks.

Tango in the City at Woodruff Park
Join us for Tango instruction and demonstrations by the Buenos Aires Academy beginning at 5:30 p.m. on the first Friday of each month. Tango in the City will be on the north end of the park near the Woodruff Park Reading Room.

2009 NPC Georgia Bodybuilding Championships at GWCC
The 2009 National Physique Committee Georgia Bodybuilding Championship is the culmination of the season of amateur competitions throughout Georgia. The winner will be representing Georgia in the National Championships. Competition to take place in Sidney Marcus Auditorium at the GWCC on July 11.

V103 Car & Bike Show at GWCC
The V103 Car & Bike Show returns to the GWCC on July 11. The show features classic cars, tricked-out vehicles, motorcycles, trucks, SUVs and more! Celebrity owned vehicles will also be on display. This event features live performances from well known entertainers on the main stage in Hall B4.

2009 World Football Challenge at Georgia Dome
This summer, four of the best soccer teams in the world – Chelsea Football Club, AC Milan, FC Internazionale Milano and Club America – will compete in the U.S. in the inaugural World Football Challenge, a six-city round robin tournament. AC Milan and Club America will travel to the Georgia Dome on July 22 for the third match in the World Football Challenge tournament.

2009 Drum Corps International at Georgia Dome
On July 25, the Southeastern Championship enters its third year in Atlanta’s Georgia Dome after record-breaking attendance surprised many in the show’s inaugural season in 2006. 30 Tables and 11 Stories Open at Glenn Hotel

America I AM: The African American Imprint is a four-year touring museum exhibition that will celebrate 400 years of African American contributions to this country. The exhibition presents a historical continuum of pivotal moments in courage, conviction and creativity that solidifies the undeniable imprint of African Americans across the nation and around the world. FREE Beltline Tours
Free Public Tours – every Friday and Saturday from 9:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – the BeltLine Partnership hosts free tours of the Beltline. Tours begin and end at the Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA Station and travel through the 45 neighborhoods that will be connected by the BeltLine. Free Wi-Fi Available at Centennial Olympic Park
Free wireless Internet access is available in and around the Visitor Center and FountainSide Café at Centennial Olympic Park. Visitors wishing to utilize this service need to have a laptop equipped with a wireless network card. Accessing the network is then as simple as connecting to the "PARKWIFI" network and opening an Internet browser, no registration required. Centennial Olympic Park’s Visitor Center is home to the interactive brick locators, public restrooms and friendly volunteers who can answer questions about the Park as well as the City of Atlanta. The Visitor Center is open daily; hours vary on holidays and by season.
