ARTICLE
VI, Section 1 (a) states "The Executive Committee"
shall consist of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer,
and one member of the Board designated by the Chairman with
the approval of the Board, at the annual meeting of the Board.
The Executive Committee shall have the power to take any action,
which the Board of Governors has the power to take in a duly
called and convened meeting of the Board. Refer to Bylaws
for specific instructions in carrying out duties.
