The Policies and Procedures section gives a full description of significant information that may affect your event. We encourage a thorough review of this section as the material not only addresses many event-related activities, but also speaks to issues of life safety for you and your attendees.

Each policy, procedure and guideline provides information to assist in planning and preparing events at the Georgia World Congress Center and the Georgia Dome. As some policies and guidelines may not apply to every event, please consult with your sales or event services representative for any specific questions.

The GWCC or Dome's approval of the customer's plan of operation as referenced in the license agreement is based in part upon these guidelines.
