Georgia Dome Hires New Director of Business Development

The Georgia Dome announces its new Director of Business Development, Tiffany W. Daniels, who will begin work on Jan. 2, 2006. Carl Adkins, general manager of the Georgia Dome, announced the hire on Dec. 7. Daniels comes to the Dome after working with Atlanta Spirit for four years, most recently as Director of Group Sales and Services. Atlanta Spirit is the parent company for the NBA's Atlanta Hawks, the NHL's Atlanta Thrashers and Philips Arena. Daniels has experience with premium seating, sponsor relations and event booking.

Daniels received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her M.S. in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts. A native of Atlanta, Daniels spent three years working for the WNBA's Orlando Miracle as their Ticket Sales Manager before working for Atlanta Spirit.

"We are certain that Tiffany is a perfect fit for the Dome," said Adkins, “and we're excited about the future growth under her leadership."

As Director of Business Development Daniels will serve as liaison with the Falcons on the premium seating and sponsorship functions, will oversee the booking program and will generate new business for the Georgia Dome.
