Atlanta Boat Show Returns to Georgia World Congress Center

The Atlanta Boat Show returns to the Georgia World Congress Center this weekend, Jan. 11-15. Featuring a huge display of boats, marine technology and all the fun and accessories that go with boating, guests will enjoy many activities, seminars and demonstrations during this weekend.

Of special note this year is the Boats of Bond display. This boat show exhibit, in association with the Ian Fleming Foundation, will showcase five authentic vessels as well as additional memorabilia from James Bond 007 films. The boats featured come from the following movies: Thunderball Tow Sled (1965), Diamonds are Forever Bath-O-Sub (1971), Moonraker Glastron Amazon Chase Boat (1979), For Your Eyes Only Neptune Submarine (1981) and The World is Not Enough Q Boat (1999).

Open to the public, the Atlanta Boat Show will take place in Building C of the Georgia World Congress Center. Hours Wednesday-Friday are 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Admission for adults is $8; ages 13-15 $4 and 12 or younger get in free.
