GWCC Announces Start Up of E-Commerce Web Site


ATLANTA (Apr. 8, 2002) - The Georgia World Congress Center debuted its e-commerce site this month, providing customers with a more convenient way to purchase services for events held at the facility.

This exciting new feature allows exhibitors to order the following services online:

  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Labor - exhibitor
  • Telephone
  • Internet
  • Cable TV
  • Food

Propane Gas Association 2002 became the first tradeshow to utilize the Georgia World Congress Center's e-commerce site on March 8. Several shows have followed to make the new site a popular commodity for exhibitors and show management.
