ATLANTA (November 4, 2002) - The 24th annual Bank Administration Institute (BAI) Retail Delivery Conference and Expo will be the fourth convention to fill the halls of the Georgia World Congress Center's latest expansion this week. The retail financial services show, host to renowned speakers including former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and former General Electric CEO Jack Welch, will also become the first to hold general session stages in the 1.4 million square-foot facility.
The BAI Retail Delivery Conference and Expo, the largest trade show of its kind, will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center's Building C with workshops on Oct 4-5 and exhibits open Oct. 5-7. There will be more than 300 exhibitors at this year's show offering industry insight and networking opportunities for retail financial services.

Jack Welch will speak at Tuesday's general session about corporate management and his views on inspiring employees. He will discuss his views on how quality and the customer always come first. Rudy Giuliani will speak on Thursday about preparation and teamwork. Giuliani, Time Magazine's 2001 Person of the Year, will give leadership insight that can make or break a leader.
