Accessibility is a top priority at Georgia World Congress Center – every area of the facility is designed to ensure all guests can fully enjoy their visit.
All entrances, restrooms, and trade show floors are wheelchair accessible. Additionally, elevators are equipped with Braille and connect every level of the GWCC. We also offer designated disabled parking and several passenger drop-off areas.
We offer manual push wheelchairs free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis at the Information Desks in Buildings A, B, and C (a valid photo ID is required).
Scooters are also available to rent in advance through Mobility Georgia or by calling 470.357.6130. Rented scooters can be picked up at the FedEx Office Business Centers in Buildings B and C.
Assistive services such as listening devices, sign language interpretation, captioning, audio descriptions, and alternative format materials are available upon request.

The Sensory Room is located in the AB Lobby next to the International Lounge and is available to guests during event hours.
Sensory Bags are available on a first-come-first-served basis free of charge with exchange of an ID at the Guest Services Information Desk. Sensory Bags contain fidget toys, noise-canceling headphones, and light-dimming glasses.
Designated Headphones Zones are located outside Sidney Marcus Auditorium in Building A and Thomas Murphy Ballroom in Building B.
