Located in Building B, ZenSpaceopens a new window meeting pods provide attendees with quiet, private workspace within the convention center. The soundproof pods offer a convenient place to take phone calls, participate in virtual meetings, meet with colleagues, prepare for presentations or focus between event sessions without leaving the facility.
Multiple pod formats are available for individual work, one-on-one conversations and small-group meetings, including a wheelchair-accessible ADA option. Each pod features switchable privacy glass, power outlets, USB charging, dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi and wireless screen casting for presentations, video calls and content sharing. Pods can be reserved on demand via the ZenSpace app before or during your visit to GWCC.

We offer manual push wheelchairs free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis at the Information Desks in Buildings A, B, and C (a valid photo ID is required).
