Our Department of Public Safety consists of State Certified Police Officers, in-house security professionals, and in-house contract security to deliver a coordinated, campus-wide approach to safety.
Because our team knows the facility inside and out—from access control and traffic flow to emergency procedures—we’re able to respond quickly, operate efficiently, and support your event with confidence.

Our centralized approach offers a true “one-stop shop” for public safety, backed by advanced technology, strong partnerships with local and federal agencies, and a focus on proactive, professional service.
We also partner with Andy Frain Security Guard Services, a nationally recognized provider of security staffing for both in-house and event security.
From the minute you enter the Georgia World Congress Center, Guest Services Specialists are ready to assist you with questions and directions.
GWCC has information desks located at the entrances of Buildings A, B, and C. All Information Desks are equipped with brochures, maps, and wheelchairs for individuals with disabilities.
Accessibility is a top priority at Georgia World Congress Center ; every area of the facility is designed to ensure all guests can fully enjoy their visit.
We offer manual push wheelchairs free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis at the Information Desks in Buildings A, B, and C (a valid photo ID is required).
Scooters are also available to rent in advance through Mobility Georgia or by calling 470.357.6130. Rented scooters can be picked up at the FedEx Office Business Centers in Buildings B and C.
Conveniently located in the Building B and C entrance lobbies, FedEx Office offers virtually everything to meet convention and business needs.
